摘要
目前各城市轨道交通的建设运营主要采用一体化和专业化两种管理方式,在分析了这两种管理方式各自的优缺点的基础上,对两种管理方式适时进行过渡的必要性进行了研究。研究了两种管理模式进行过渡的组织条件,以期建立科学合理的管理方式,从而保证轨道交通项目的融资、建设、运营等工作协调一致,相互促进。
The urban rail transit operation uses two kinds of management methods which are integration and specialization. Based on the analysis of each advantages and disadvantages, the necessity of a timely transition for two methods was discussed. Organization conditions for transit was analyzed with a view to establish scientific and rational management method and to ensure the coordination and promotion of project financing, construction and operation.
