摘要
分析了传统的费用—效益分析方法在绿色建筑项目应用中的缺陷。进而探讨了绿色建筑全寿命周期的费用—效益分析的特点及流程。以美国的"绿色学校"项目为例,进行全寿命周期的费用—效益分析,结果表明"绿色学校"的效益远高于费用。
The limitations of traditional cost-benefit analysis applying in green building were analyzed. The characteristics and flow of life cycle cost-benefit analysis of green building were discussed. The case of ＇green school＇ project in U.S was used for the analysis of life cycle cost-benefit. The result shows that the benefit of ＇green school＇ is much higher than its COSt.
