借鉴韩国新村运动经验提升我国新农村基础设施建设水平研究

Improvement of Chinese rural infrastructure Construction on the basis of Korea's "New Village Movement"

作为新农村建设的"硬件"基础,农村基础设施建设是研究农村经济增长内部动因的前提,是制定和评价农村发展战略的基础,是进一步探讨农村基础设施高效运行与农村经济相互关系的必要条件;是农业经济发展的前提,是加快农村现代化、城镇化建设的根本,是增加农民收入、缓解农村就业压力、提高农民生活质量的关键。在借鉴韩国"新村运动"建设经验基础上,以新的视角研究我国加大农村基础设施建设投入力度的具体措施,以期早日实现建设社会主义新农村。

As the hardware foundation for new countryside construction, rural infrastructure construction is the precondition for studying internal cause of rural economy growth Based on the experiences of Korea＇s ＂New Village Movement＂, the detailed measurements for increasing the investment to Chinese rural infrastructure construction were proposed from the new perspective, which help to realize the construction of socialist new countryside.
