介绍了霍克蒂夫作为全球最大的国际建筑承包商的总体情况。从组织机构、风险管理、创新管理三个方面,分析了霍克蒂夫的经营管理状况。阐述了霍克蒂夫的发展战略、企业愿景和指导原则。指出霍克蒂夫在积极开拓国际市场、坚持为客户创造价值就是为自己创造价值的理念、针对企业特色设立分公司、注重技术创新等四个方面的做法和经验,值得我国建筑业企业借鉴。
The overall situation about the largest international contractor -- Hochtief AG was introduced. The management situation was analyzed from the view of administration structure, risk management and innovation management. The development strategy, the vision and guiding principle were clarified. Four aspects of experience were concluded for Chinese contractors to learn, including its positive attitude on developing international market, the philosophy that creating the benefits for the clients is for our own, the way to set up branches according to the enterprise features, and the focus on the technology innovation.
