摘要
VB12是重要的B族维生素,在食品中的含量很低。文中论述了近年来VB12检测方法的研究现状,分析了各种检测方法的特点,并根据食品特点对VB12检测方法的发展提出了展望。
Vitamin B12 is important in vitamin B family, but very little is found in food. The recent methods of determining vitamin B12 are reported. The advantages and the disadvantages of these methods are analyzed and the future development of the methods in food is discussed.
