对地区经济水平和县级供电企业的可靠性指标进行了分析.采用聚类方法划分趸售县,提出基于经济水平和可靠性指标的趸售电价模型进行量化定价.该模型以供电成本为基础,同时能反映不同地区的经济承受能力以及供电可靠性水平.对某省的具体应用结果说明了模型的有效性.

The local economic level and the supplies power reliability index were analyzed. Using the clustering method division to wholesale county to form different wholesale electricity price county, based on the economic level and the reliability index the wholesale electricity price model was proposed to quantify the price. This model take supplies power cost as a foundation, simultaneously reflects different local economy bearing capacity and the power supply reliable. Through the applying in some province its effectiveness was demonstrated.
