市售西洋参和三七保健品皂苷类成分的气质联用分析

The identification of panaxadiol saponins of American ginseng and notoginseng healthcare products by GC-MS

摘要 采用超声波提取法,结合气相色谱/质谱法分析市售西洋参和三七保健品的皂苷类水解产物.GC-MS分析采用HP-5MS石英毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm(I.D.),膜厚0.25μm),载气为高纯氦(≥99.999%),流速1.5 mL/min,采用程序升温,初始温度80℃,保持3 min,以10℃/min的速度升至260℃,保持10 min,以5℃/min的速度升至290℃,保持15 min.研究结果表明,西洋参和三七保健品中含有相同的人参二醇型皂苷,酸水解后可生成人参二醇型皂苷元.该方法快速、方便,需要样品量少,适合于大量试样的分析,为西洋参和三七保健品的质量控制提供实验方法和基础数据. In the study, a method for the analysis of saponins in American ginseng and notoginseng healthcare products was developed by ultrasonic extraction coupled to GC - MS detection. GC - MS separation was performed by an HP -5MS (30 m ×0.32 mm ( I. D. ), 0.25 μm) capillary column. Highly purified He was used as the carrier gas (≥ 99. 999% ) with the flow rate of 1.5 mL/min. The temperature program was as following: initial 80 ℃ to 260℃ at ramp rate of 10 ℃/min ( 15 min). Three panaxadiol saponins were tentatively identified by GC - MS. Panaxadiol saponins from American ginseng and notoginseng products were the same after hydrolysis. In a conclusion the proposed method is reliable and would benefit the quality control and medicinal use of American ginseng and notoginseng products.
