摘要
信息系统全生命周期管理是对信息系统所涉及的资产,从系统规划开始,以信息系统为主线,实现项目立项管理、前期设计、设备(软件)选型、采购、安装、调试管理和应用开发等,一直到交付运行后的运行监控、维护保养、移动、封存直至废止的整个生命周期的管理。在信息系统中,引入全生命周期成本管理的理念,在安全稳定运行的基础上,寻求信息系统生命周期内的总体费用最优,从而达到信息系统成本/效益最大化的效果。
Life cycle management (LCM) for information systems means to realize whole process management of the assets related to information systems, including project formation management, early-stage design, equipment (software ) type selection, purchase, installation, debugging, application, as well as operational monitoring after delivery, maintenance, moving, sealing up, and extermination. The concept of LCM was applied to information systems to optimize the general cost of the information system while safeguarding security and stability during its life cycle.
