摘要
通过对丙烯酸盐喷膜材料在单一静态和动态环境侵蚀性介质中的浸泡试验及力学性能测试,观察防水材料体积膨胀、相对质量变化和剩余拉伸与撕裂强度等性能,探讨丙烯酸盐喷膜防水材料受环境侵蚀性介质的影响以及失效性问题。试验结果表明:丙烯酸盐喷膜防水材料对Cl-有一定的吸收性,含Cl-的地下水环境在7.5%浓度以下对材料性能影响不大;含SO42-浓度超过1%、强碱溶液pH超过13的水环境都会导致防水膜力学性能下降较大而使防水材料失效。
Failure of acrylate spray-applied waterproof membrane material caused by different chemical compositions in groundwater was analyzed. Subjects of interest included the volume expansion, relative quality change rate, residual tensile and tear strength of the spray-applied waterproof membrane after the static and dynamic immersion tests with different chemical solutions. Results indicated that acrylate spray-applied waterproof material has some absorbability to Cl^- ion; groundwater in which Cl^- ion is less than 7.5% can slightly affect the performance of the acrylate spray-applied waterproof membrane; groundwater in which SO2-4 ion is greater than 1% and in which alkalinity is greater than pH=13 will cause the failure of the acrylate spray-applied waterproof membrane.
