摘要
目的:建立菝葜中茋类成分含量测定的RP-HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax SB C18柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.04%磷酸水溶液系统梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为320 nm,进样体积为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果:本方法可以准确测定菝葜中5个茋类成分:虎杖苷(polyda-tin),云杉鞣酚(piceatannol),氧化白藜芦醇(oxyresveratrol),白藜芦醇(resveratrol),三棱素A(scirpusin A)的含量。结论:本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可以实现对菝葜药材以及相关制剂质量全面、准确的控制和评价。
Objective:To develop a RP-HPLC method for the determination of stilbenoids in Smilax china L. Methods:The separation was carried out on the Zorhax SB-C1s column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm) with a simple linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid at a wavelength 320 nm. The column temperature was kept at 30 ℃. Results:The RP-HPLC method was usable for the quantification of five stilbenoids, polydatin, piceatannol, oxyresveratrol, resveratrol, scirpusin A. Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and reproducible and could comprehensively control the quality of the drug of Smilax china L.
