摘要
运用现代管理学SWOT分析法,对中国体育培训市场的内部环境和外部环境进行了分析,概括了中国体育培训市场开发中所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁。并提出了扩大优势,缩小劣势,把握机遇和化解威胁的若干策略。
Application of modem management SWOT analysis, this paper analyzed both internal and external environment of China's sports training market and summarized the development of China' s sports training market in the face of advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. And it proposed a number of strategies expansion of advantages, reducing disadvantages, seizing the opportunities and alleviating the threat.
