"和谐社会"、"和谐世界"是成熟和理性中国走向复兴、走向负责任大国的思想基础和行动基石。"教育奥运"则是建设成熟和理性国人的绝佳契机,从北京申办奥运会起,某些意义深远的变化伴随着奥运元素已经、正在并即将登上中国的历史舞台,助力于国民成熟和理性的建设。

Although contemporary China is still a relatively backward developing country, she is the first advocator of ＂harmonious society＂ and ＂harmonious world＂ which the ideological foundation and cornerstone for action in China＇ s movement toward rejuvenation of a responsible big country. ＂Educational Olympics＂ will be a chance to upgrade the overall quality of people in the construction of ＂harmonious society＂ and ＂harmonious world＂, precisdy, from that day when Beijing intended to bid to host the Olympics, some meaningful farreaching chares have been going up the stage of history and promoting socio- economic development and democracy, civilization and progress with the elements of the Olympic Games.
