以"十七大"报告对中国文化事业作出的总要求,论述了文化的民族性与时代性之辨证关系。针对具体的应用于体育文化来说,从民族性出发对比中西方体育观念的差异,以及从体育文化时代性的视角来探讨当前中国传统体育面临的问题,提出中国传统体育的发展战略构想。

The paper expounds on the relationship between national traits and epoch traits of culture according to the requirements of 17th CCPC reports. As for the concrete application of sports culture, the paper contrasts the western and eastern attitudes toward sports from the view of nation character, discusses the current problems of traditional sports from the point of era characters of sports culture, and proposes strategically ideas for the developing our traditional sports.
