林业高校工程管理专业人才培养特色研究

Undergraduate Cultivation Characteristics of Engineering Management Major in Forestry Universities

通过对4所林业高校工程管理专业办学现状、人才培养可行性的分析,指出林业高校能办好工程管理专业。从目前宏观招生形势变化、笔者所在高校近3年工程管理专业初次就业状况,以及工程管理专业建设与发展3个方面,讨论了培育林业高校工程管理专业人才特色的必要性,接着分析社会对工程管理专业复合型人才的需求,林业高校在人才培养中具有的共性优势,指出培养具备土木工程技术、管理、经济和法律等基本知识,同时掌握一定的园林景观规划设计施工理论和方法的复合型人才可以成为林业高校区别于非林业高校工程管理专业人才培养的特色。

Through analysing undergraduate cultivation feasibility and current situation of engineering management major in four forestry universities, a conclusion is drawn that forestry universities are capable of running this major. Then changing macro situations of recuiting students, rescent three -year graduates＇ employment status of this major in NFU, and development of engineering management major are discussed. Another conclusion is drawn that forestry universities should develope their own competitive advantages of engineering management major, followed by the discussion of socilal demands of compound talents of engineering management major, and common advantages of forestry universities in forest - related disciplines and majors. Finally, suggestion is put forward that studying some landscape programming and designing theory and technics after mastering the fundamentals of civil enginering technology, management, economics and law could be forestry universities＇ characteristics compared to none -forestry universities in cultivation of engineering management undergraduates.
