针对新钢烧结厂115m2烧结机主抽同步电机存在的励磁系统故障问题,对其进行了技术改造,采取使用两套KGLF-2C型全数字同步电动机励磁装置相互备用的措施,最大限度地缩短可能发生的故障时间,提高大型电气设备的作业率。

According to the trouble of excitation system of main draft synchronous motor of 115m^2 sintering machine of the Sintering Factory of Xinyu Steel ＆ Iron Company, Ltd, we gave did technical modification to the excitation system of main draft synchronous motor by adopting two KGLF - 2C full digital synchronous motor excitation devices as spare parts and shortened the trouble time as much as possible so as to improve the operation rate of big electrical equipment.
