It was the sublime mission for the CPC to realize the rebirth of Chinese nation. The Third Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party was held at the end of 1978. It was the turning point for Chinese people to explore china＇s rebirth. The thought liberation initiated by the congress is the effective measure.
