摘要
锻炼对健康的益处,其实质是通过锻炼提高与健康相关的体适能,来改善整体健康水平并提高生活质量。太极拳运动对老年人体适能的影响分为心肺耐力、肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、柔韧性和身体成分。本文对近年来太极拳的相关研究作以综述,旨在探讨太极拳在改善老年人健康体适能方面的功效,进而为指导老年人科学健身提供依据。
The health benefits of exercise, and its essence is to improve the training of health--related physical fitness, to improve the overall health and quality of life. Taijiquan fitness for the elderly into the impact of cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition.
