摘要
随着信息社会的来临、知识经济的兴起,期刊全文电子数据库也顺应时势,破土而出。纸质期刊面临着挑战。纸质期刊只有走数字化道路,并且处理好数字化期刊著作权问题,才能使纸质期刊既能迅速向数字化期刊迈进,又能彰显纸质期刊独特的魅力。
Digital periodicals take on a new look as the blooming of informative and knowledgeable society. This thesis advocates that paper periodicals, if solving the following problems： one is to make them digitalization; the other is to do well with the copyright of digital periodicals; can make them digitalize promptly and appear their superiority.
