摘要
目的对铸造卡环、树脂卡环和包埋金属丝树脂卡环固位力的力值变化进行体外研究。方法制作铸造卡环、树脂卡环和包埋金属丝树脂卡环,在第二前磨牙金属代型远中制作三臂卡固位体,用Chatillon循环测力仪测量3种卡环摘戴500次、1000次后的固位力,并记录摘戴过程中力值的变化。结果3种卡环都能提供足够的固位力,铸造卡环固位力最大,树脂卡环固位力最小,三者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。摘戴500次后3种卡环固位力均有少量衰减,但衰减率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);摘戴1000次后,铸造卡环固位力衰减最明显,包埋金属丝树脂卡环固位力衰减最小,三者间衰减率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论包埋有金属丝的树脂卡环在满足美观要求的同时又具有较大的固位力,其固位力衰减没有单纯树脂卡环明显。
Objective To investigate the force changes of the retention of cast clasps,resin clasps and wire embedding resin clasps in virto.Methods The cast clasps,resin clasps and wire embedding resin clasps were made.The tribrachia clasp retainer in the distal of metal second premolar was also made and the retention of the three clasps aftar picking and wearing five hundred and one thousand circulations were measured.by Chatillon force measuring instrument and the variation was recorded.Results The retention of the three clasps were all enough and the retention of cast clasps were largest and the retention of resin clasps were smallest.There was statistic significance between them(P〈0.01).There were small attenuation of the retention of the three clasps after five hundred circulations,but there were no statistic significance between their attenuation rate(P〉0.05).After one thousand circulations,the attenuation of cast clasps were most and wire embedding resin clasps were smallest.There were statistic significance between their attenuation rate(P〈0.01).Conclusion There were beatiful outlook but also enough retention of the wire embedding resin clasps,their attenuation rate of the retention was smaller than resin clasps and they could be applied in clinically.
