摘要
传统提高自动机供弹机构可靠性的主要方法是依据机构动力学分析和大量实弹射击试验结果,拟定各种改进方案,进行可靠性增长试验。田口方法在供弹机构稳健性设计中的应用,对方案改进和可靠性增长试验提出了新的可依据的方法和手段。针对某自动机在射击过程中出现的供弹不到位等故障,应用田口方法对供弹机运动模型进行稳健性设计,提高了供弹机构的可靠性和抗干扰能力;对结构参数进行了容差分析,提出了参数容差的合理搭配方案。分析证明稳健性设计结果正确反映了供弹机构相关参数的内在联系,符合客观事实;田口方法虽然是一种质量管理方法,但是由于它提供了评判系统抗干扰能力的指标——SN比,因此对供弹机构的参数优化具有很好的指导意义。
Traditional method to improve reliability of automatic mechanism is to design various correcting schemes and to perform reliability growth test according to the mechanism dynamics analysis and a large number of live firing test results. Application of Taguchi method in feed mechanism robust design provides a new method and means for scheme improvement and reliability growth test. Aimed at the problems such as feed malposition, system malfunctions of automatic mechanism during the course of fire, the kinetic model of feed mechanism was set up by use of Taguchi method to perform robust design. The new method improves reliability and robusticity of feed mechanism. Construction parameters were optimized to complete tolerance analysis, and the reasonable matching schemes of parameter tolerance were given. The analysis showed that the results of robust design correctly reflect inner relation of relevant parameters, and the results are satisfied with the objective fact. Although Taguchi method is a kind of quality management method, because it can provide SN ratio that criticizes the standard of system anti-disturbance capability, the method has a significant instructional meaning for parameter optimization of feed mechanism.
