摘要 炮膛烧蚀是长期存在的严重影响火炮身管寿命的问题,身管内膛涂覆耐烧蚀保护层是提高身管抗烧蚀能力,延长身管寿命的最新方法之一。重点研究了身管涂层材料的选取原则、制备技术和工艺,比较了各种制备技术的优缺点,并针对炮膛工况特点,确定了一种较为合理的身管内膛涂层制备工艺,设计出了两种检验身管涂层耐烧蚀性的试验装置。该研究也可为相关领域的研究或试验提供一定的参考借鉴作用。 Erosion and wear of gun barrel is a long-term problem to have heavy effect on barrel life. Smearing coat-materials on inner wall of barrel is one of the best methods to protect barrel, improve its erosion resistant capability and prolong its life. Selection principle of barrel coat-materia/s, preparation technology and process of coat-materials were studied emphatically. Advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods of coat-materials were compared. Aimed at the actual working status of barrel, a kind of reasonable technology of coat-materials preparation was chosen, and 2 sets of test device were designed to check erosion resistant capability of barrel coat-materials. The study can also provide some reference for other research and test in relative fields.
