湖南废次烟叶中茄尼醇的提取工艺研究

摘要 采用有机溶剂浸取法提取湖南废次烟叶中的茄尼醇,单因素实验获得了其较佳工艺条件为:正己烷为溶剂,浸取温度为30°C,浸取2个小时,重复浸取2次.在该较佳工艺条件下进行实验,提取率为1.25%,得率为90%. The process for solanesol extracting from tobacco leaves in Hunan Province with organic solvents extraction was studied. The optimum extraction conditions of solanesol were investigated by Single-factor experiments, The optimum extracting parameters were: hexane as solvent, temperature at 30℃ , time at 2h, Re-extraction twice. Under the optimal extraction conditions, the extraction yield of solanesol with 1.25% was obtained in 90% yield.
