高校学报应正确对待研究生稿源

研究生稿源是高校学报的重要稿源,对提高学报质量,有着不可忽视的作用,理应受到高校学报尤其是非重点高校学报的重视。随着研究生教育规模的不断扩大,积极扶持研究生作者,增大可刊用论文的筛选率,已成为学报编辑的重要任务之一。高校学报应采取切实有效措施,帮助研究生作者群不断提高论文质量,并鼓励他们积极向学报投稿,以收到改善学报稿源、支持高校学科建设与提高研究生培养质量的"多赢"效果。

Graduates＇ articles are an important source texts for university journals and play a role that can not be ignored in improving the quality of university journals and ought to be given attention to by university journals especially journals of ordinary universities. With the expansion of post-graduate education, providing graduate student authors active support and increasing the rate of screening have become one of the important tasks for the editors of the journal. University journals should take effective measures to help graduate student authors improve steadily the quality of their papers and to encourage their contribution to the journals in order to achieve improvement in the source text of the journals, support the construction of disciplines and achieve the ＂multi-gains＂ results of improving the quality of the training of graduate students.
