谈新形势下建设创新型学院的基本途径

THE BASIC WAYS TO CONSTRUCT INNOVATIVE COLLEGES IN THE NEW SITUATION

党的十七大报告中把"提高自主创新能力,建设创新型国家"作为"国家发展战略的核心"。高校作为文化和科技创新的主要阵地,如何在建设创新型国家过程中担当重任,做出贡献,是值得研究的问题。以党的十七大精神为指导,就此进行了探索性思考。

In the report of the 17th People＇s Congress, ＂enhancing independent innovative capability and building an innovative country＂ was put forward as ＂ the core of our national development strategy. ＂ As the key position of cultural and scientific and technological innovation in the process of building an innovation-oriented country, how to make a contribution and take a leading role in constructing an innovative nation for colleges and universities is a problem worth studying. The paper conducts an exploratory thinking on the problem with the spirit of the 17th General Representative Congress of C. P. C as a guide.
