鲜样前处理方式对绞股蓝总皂甙提取率的影响

摘要 采用单因素分析法,超声提取法提取,分别对绞股蓝鲜叶杀青时间、杀青强度、烘干时间、烘干强度对其总皂甙提取率影响进行了研究,同时考察了失水量与皂甙含量的关系.结果表明,总皂甙提取率:杀青样>烘干样>鲜叶样>风干样;失水量与皂甙含量之间无规律;高强度杀青4 m in皂甙得率最高,其次是80℃烘干5h得率也较高;随杀青强度减弱、杀青时间减少、烘干温度降低、烘干时间减少皂甙得率逐步减少;高温微波干燥和低温可作为保存皂甙的方法. Fixing time,fixing intensity,baking time and baking temperature of fresh Gynostemma pentaphyllum were studied with ultrasound extraction to research gypenosides extraction percentage by single factor analysis. The relation between water loss and gypenosides was studied also. The result showed the gypenosides extraction percentage was in the following order: fixed sample 〉 baking sample 〉 fresh leaves sample 〉 air-dried sample. And the highest percentage was obtained by, fixing 4 min with high intensity with the result of baking 80 ℃ & 5 h coming next. With fixing intensity lowered, fixing time reduced, baking temperature decreased, baking time declined, the gypenosides extraction percentage all decreased. Fixing the sample to dry and low temperature can be used to keep gypenosides.
