摘要
尿液显微图像是典型的弱边缘图像,基于Snake模型的改进算法能有效改善对尿液显微图像中有形成分进行分割的效果。针对在弱边缘图像实施Snake算法前的预处理,提出一种如何对图像中各个有形成分进行目标中心自动定位以及对Snake点实现自动初始化设置的新算法,特点为采用了图像二值化、数学形态学等处理方式。实验表明了算法的有效性。
The urine micrograph is a kind of typical weak-edge images. Using Snake-Model algorithm to detect the edge profile of object components in weak-edge image can improve the profile extracting resuit. A new algorithm is proposed in this paper,in which the central point of interested component can be found and the Snake-Model can be initialized automatically in the weak-edge images. The black-white and mathematical morphologic processes are adapted in the algorithm. Efficiency of the algorithm is proved by the experiments.
