摘要
以磷钨杂多酸为催化剂合成丁二酸二甲酯,研究其反应机理,建立了脱水条件下酯化合成反应的动力学模型,并根据实验数据,确定模型中的有关参数。结果表明此条件下丁二酸二甲酯的合成宏观上表现为三级不可逆反应。在本实验反应体系下,测出反应的表观活化能Ea=52.39 kJ.mol-1,反应速率常数k=1.764×104e-53 290/RTL2.min-1.mol-2。
The esterifieation of succinic acid and methanol was synthesized using heteropoly phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The reaction mechanism was studied. The overall synthetic reaction appeared to be a three orders. Based on the experimental data,the rate constant k parameter of Arrehnius equation was determined,the apparent activation energy was Ea=52. 39 kJ · mol^-1, the rate constant was k=1. 764×10^4 e^-532 90/RT L2 · min^-1 · mol-2,and the kinetic equation was also tested in the experiment.
