摘要
从富含有机质的土壤中分离出野生的酵母菌为出发菌,先经分离培养和耐酒精度实验缩小驯化范围,再经热冲击处理、紫外线照射、直接驯化和浓糖化醪发酵驯化,获得一支高酒精耐受力酵母菌菌种。将选育出的菌种用于生产,旨在降低酒精生产成本,并推广这种洁净可再生燃料的使用,缓解酒精生产过程造成的酒精糟污染问题。
The yeast strain from the soil which is rich in organism was used as origina rated cultivation and experiment on resist alcohol ;It's treated protoplasts by heat,U. tication ways. Through primary and pricise selecting regenerated strains,a high alcoh teain. After sepaand other domesresistance mutated strain was selected successfully. To put the selected strain into practice is to reduce the cost of alcohol,then to promote this clean and regeneratine fuel to mitigate the pollution occur in the city when producing alcohol.
