猪皮胶原纤维热降解动力学及阻燃性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以皮粉为皮胶原纤维模拟物,用蒙脱土-氨基树脂纳米复合材料对其进行阻燃处理来制备阻燃皮粉。运用atava-esták和Kissinger这2种方法对不同升温速率下,皮粉和阻燃皮粉的热降解动力学数据进行分析处理。2种方法的结果表明:皮粉的热降解活化能为155~188kJ·mol-1,阻燃皮粉的热降解活化能为200~210kJ·mol-1。纳米复合材料多种成分的协同效应,使得这种阻燃剂既具有优异的热稳定性,又具有良好的阻燃性能。 Fire - retardant hide powder was prepared from hide powder, which is regarded as the mimic of leather collagen fi- ber, by adding montmorillonite - amino resin nano - composite. Both Satava - Sestak and Kissinger methods were used to process the data obtained from TG ( Thermo - gravimetric) analysis of hide powder and fire - retardant hide powder at different heating rate. The results show that the thermal degradative activation of hide powder is 155 - 188 kJ ·mol-1, and up to 200 - 210kJ · mol -1 after adding montmorillonite - amino resin nano - composite, and the thermal stability of fire - retardant hide powder is im- proved remarkablely also. And the results of oxygen index determination indicated that the flame retardant property of fire - retard- ant leather is improved significantly.
