摘要
通过热脱氢交联(DHT)-碳化二亚胺(EDC)复合改性制备胶原-壳聚糖-硫酸软骨素三元膜材料。利用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和扫描电镜,对复合膜的结构进行了表征。结果表明:复合膜中胶原、壳聚糖、硫酸软骨素之间具有较强的相互作用和良好的相容性,复合膜具有良好的生物稳定性,可作为一种潜在的生物材料在生物医学领域得到应用。
The collagen -chitosan - chondroitin sulfate (CS) composite membranes were prepared by dehydrathermal (DHT) and 1 -ethyl- 3 - (3 -dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC). The structure of composite membranes was characterized by FT- IR, XPS, and SEM, respectively. The results show that there were strong interactions and good compatibility among collagen, chitosan, and chondroitin sulfate in the composited membrane, which can be potentially applied as a new type of biomaterial.
