摘要
本文用结核菌感染动物模型探讨结核菌对心脏组织感染及病理损害程度。以H37Rv为感染菌株,豚鼠为感染动物,感染途径经腹腔注射。结果表明,毒力指数为80的H37Rv菌、以0.2ml(1×107/ml)的菌量感染豚鼠,其脏器感染软弱。尽管如此,肝、脾、肺、肾、琳巴结等组织出现了典型的结核性病理改变;并有50%以上的心脏组织(心包膜、心肌、主动脉干)也出现了病理改变。心包膜以单核细胞、粒细胞和纤维细胞增生为主;心肌的病理改变为局灶型、以肌纤维断裂、溶解、并伴单核细胞和淋巴细胞聚集为特征;主动脉干的内缘增厚,并伴粒细胞和单核细胞浸润。因此,在临床上必须考虑是否存在结核菌对心脏的损害,并采取相应的治疗措施。
To research tuberculous infection and pathologic lesion of heart tissue, using infectious animal model. In- fectious animals were guinea pigs, infectious way was abdomen injection with H37Rv strain. Results indicated: both organic infection and pathologic lesion were fair week, when toxic of H37Rv strain was 80 infectious bacterium amount was 0.2ml(1×107/ml). Even so, typical tuberculous lesions were found in liver, spleen, kidney, lymphonode etc. Further- more, more than 50% of heart tissue (pericardium, myocardium and aortic trunk) had been determined to have pathologic lesion. Main changes were: monocytes, granulocytes and fibroblasts had hyperplasia in pericardium; local myocardium rup- tured, dissolved with lymphocytes and monocytes assembled of aorta became thick with granulocytes and mono- cytes infiltrated. Therefore, logically in some patients, tuberculotic cardiac infection should be considered by clinician, corre- sponding examination and treatment must be taken in time.
