异步教学模式是在实施素质教育过程中探索出来的一种新的教学方法,是一种以学生的个体学习为基础,能将学生的学习与老师的异步指导统一在一个教学过程中进行的现代教学模式。大学足球课程异步教学模式是教师与学生的教学双边关系,包括学生的异步化学习模式和教师的异步化指导模式。学生的异步化学习模式是自学—启发—复习—作业—改错—小结六个步骤的有机结合;教师的异步化指导模式包含分类教学、个别教学、全体教学的内容,并有"四步指导法"和弹性教学法两种有代表性的教学方法。

Asynchronous mode of teaching of soccer class in university is a bilateral relationship between teachers and students, including the asynchronous mode of learning and guidance. The asynchronous mode of learning is combined by self-study,inspiration,review,operation,correction and summary;The asynchronous mode of guidance includes classification teaching, individual teaching, and all teaching.The asynchronous mode of guidance also contains two representative teaching methods：the ＂four Step-by-step guide ＂and flexible teaching methods.
