摘要
本研究基于某高校将网络教学引入大学英语常规课堂的做法,对由教师直接指导的网络自主学习情况作了调查。调查结果显示,学生网络课堂中的产出性学习活动相对较少,学生总体上对网络课堂学习的效能感不高,他们大多希望得到网络学习策略方面的指导。基于该结果,文章认为教师在网络课堂中的角色远不止于课程资源的提供者,网络课堂中的教师教学能力需要拓展。
Concerned with the effectiveness of introducing Net-Based learning into the normal college English classroom by an institution, the study made an investigation into the students' autonomous learning activities and on their perception of such learning, which had taken place under the direct guidance of the instructors. The results showed that students' productive language learning activities were unsatisfactorily few. In general, the students' self-efficacy toward this mode of learning was not adequately high. They all hoped that they could be supported more in learning strategies relevant to Net-Based language learning. Based on these findings, the study assumes that the role of a teacher in effective Net-Based teaching is far more than just a provider of learning resources, and that his teaching abilities need to be extended.
