本文从文字形体、音韵、训诂及现代方言角度讨论了"■"字的音义,并试图对"■"字与"陋"字之间的音义纠葛以及前人对此问题的研究作一次梳理,同时也提出了自己的看法。

This paper discusses the phonetic and meaning of the character ＂（匚丙）＂, and attempts to comb and clarify the phonological and lexical imbroglios between the characters ＂（匚丙）＂ and ＂陃 ＂. From the perspectives of orthography, phonology, lexicon and modern dialect, the study on this issue by the former researchers has been reviewed and a new viewpoint of our own has been put forward.
