桥小脑角肿瘤的手术治疗(附24例报告)

Microsurgical treatment on 24 patients with cerebellopontine angle tumor

目的:探讨桥小脑角区肿瘤的显微外科手术治疗。方法:回顾性分析经显微外科手术切除的桥小脑角肿瘤24例。结果:本组24例,全切除15例,次全切除8例,部分切除1例,术后死亡1例,23例恢复良好。结论:选择合适的手术入路,妥善处理和保护血管?神经和脑干是提高手术疗效和患者术后生活质量的关键。

Objective： To discuss the microsurgical approaches and results of 24 patients with cerebellopontine angle （CPA） tumors.nethods：A retrospective analysis on the 24 patients undergoing surgical removal of CPA tumors between Janurary 2004 and Janurary 2008. Results： The CPA tumors were totally removed in 15 cases, subtotally in 8, panically in 1,1 died. Favorable recovery was seen in 23 cases. Conclusion： Appropriate approaches according to the size and site of tumors, protection of vessels, nerves and brain stem are all the keys to improve the therapeutical outcomes and the post - operative quality of life.
