摘要
采用反相微乳液法制备BaAl12O19纳米颗粒,并与常规沉淀法相比较.分析了反相乳液法制备过程中洗涤剂、煅烧温度、陈化时间对样品性能的影响.通过研究制备条件,改变溶液/油相比控制样品的形貌.溶液/油相比较小时,样品颗粒呈球形;溶液/油相比较高时,颗粒形貌呈棒状.研究表明,反相微乳法的煅烧温度低于常规沉淀法,且颗粒形貌可控.
Barium hexaaluminate nanoparticles were prepared by reverse microemulsion. Compared with the method of gel-network-coprecipitation,the effects of washes,calcined temperature and reaction time were analyzed in the process of reverse microemulsion composition. The grain shape were studied by the composition conditions. The grain shape was controlled by the ratio between solution phase and oil phase. As the ratio is less,the grain shape is sphericity. When the ratio is incressed, the grain shape is claviform. The calcined temperature of reverse microemulsion is lower than the calcined temperature of gel-network-coprecipitation.
