摘要
实验采用纯培养的方法,以种群自然增长率为主要指标,并依据公式lnNt=lnN0+rt计算,就温度、盐度和酸碱度主要环境因子对牙鲆致病性贪食迈阿密虫种群生长的影响进行了实验与分析。结果表明,其适宜生长的温度范围为15～25℃,盐度为5～40,pH值为3.94～9.50。
The effects of three environmental factors, including temperature, salinity and pH, on the population growth of pathogenetic ciliate Miamiensis avidus from Paralichthys olivaceus were studied using pure-culture methods. The natural rate of increase was calculated according to the formula lnNt = lnN0 ＋rt. The results indicated that the optimum temperature, salinity and pH for growth were 15-25℃ ,5-40 and 3.94-9.50.
