论农产品价格上涨与农民收入增长

On the Relationship between the Price Rise of the Farming Primary Products and the Income Rise of Farmers

近两三年来农产品价格上涨明显,农产品价格的上涨是否会促进农民收入的增长成为倍受关注的课题。从总体看,农产品价格上涨与农民收入的增长呈协同性。从具体看,则存在强相关性、弱相关性和不相关性三种主要现象。如何使农产品价格上涨适度,又真正使农民受益,并通过市场的正向传导,促进农产品生产的发展,这既是国家宏观调控的重要目标,也是理论工作研究的重要内容。

In the recent three years the price of the farming primary products has ever been rising, and it has become a focus topic whether the price rise of the farming primary products can help increase the income of farmers. On the whole, the price rise of the fanning primary products is goes along with the income of farmers. In partieular, the two parties are of strong correlation, weak correlation and non-correlation. It is an important target of our country＇ s macro-economic control and significant content of the theoretic study that we should handle the problem of how to have the price of the fanning primary products rise properly, and convey its effect through market to promote the development of farming and benefit farmers.
