摘要
为了提高红李新品种选择的效率,利用ISSR分子标记技术对3个红李候选品种间的DNA指纹图谱进行对比分析,从70个ISSR引物中,筛选出28个引物用于红李选育品种的遗传多样性分析,结果表明3个材料的DNA指纹可以分成2类,HL1和HL2之间没有明显差异,相似系数达0.94,而与HL3之间存在一定的差异。因此在本实验的3份材料中可以选择HL3,以及HL1和HL2中的1个,用于品种审定或进行深入研究。
Comparison and analysis was made on DNA fingerprints of three plum varieties to find the better one by ISSR molecular marker assistance 28 primers were selected from 70 ones for analysis on genetic diversities of the tested varieties. The result showed that fingerprints of three tested varieties could be divided into two groups. There is no obvious difference between HL1 and HL2, the SI is 0.94. The resulted also demonstrated that HL3 and one of HL1 and HL2 could be used for determination of variety and further study.
