摘要
分析了棒材成品输送过程中的运动规律,研究了棒材自动检测计数新方法及其相应的机电一体化装置。该装置采用机械和光电巧妙结合的方法,解决了棒材计数问题以及不规则排列对棒材计数的影响,实现了对棒材稳定、准确的自动计数与控制。
The movement regularity of bar steel product in transportation was analyzed, and new automatic counting method for bar steel and the relevant mechanical and electrical integrative device were studied in this article. The means of mechanical and optoelectronic clever combination for this device was adopted to solve the bar counting problem along with effect of the irregular arrangement on bar counting, so that stable and correct automatic counting and controlling for bar steel were achieved.
