摘要
通过实践摸索以及对3450 mm四辊可逆式轧机轧辊系统的大量数据进行分析,找到了较为优化的配辊方法及辊形制度,实际使用效果较好,达到了减小板凸度、提高成材率、提高轧辊使用寿命的目的。
By means of practice groping along with analyzing a large number data for roller system of the 3 450 mm broad plank roll mill, it finds out optimum allocating roller method and roller form institution, and the practical employment effect is better, moreover attains one's aim to decrease plank arch degree, enhance growing into useful timber rate and raise service life of the roller.
