一贯煎抗急性实验性胃溃疡和促进溃疡愈合作用

Yi Guan Jian Prevent the Formation and Promote Healing of Acute Experimental Gastric Ulcer

目的：观察一贯煎对胃溃疡形成与愈合的影响。方法：采用给大鼠胃饲1ml无水乙醇或0．2NNaOH引起急性胃溃疡的实验模型。结果：分别以6．0、12．0和24．0g／kg的一贯极煎剂预先胃饲大鼠，均能显著减轻无水乙醇或0．2NNaOH所致的急性胃粘膜损伤（P＜0．01或0．001），且有一定的量效关系；其中对无水乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的抑制率分别为6．8％、37．5％和93．9％；对0．2NNaOH性胃粘膜损伤的抑制率分别为54．8％、68．6％和98．9％。每天胃饲一贯煎煎剂24．0g／kg或施维舒3．0mg／kg，连续3天，还能加快已经形成的无水乙醇性胃粘膜损伤的修复过程（P＜0．05或0．001）。结论：一贯煎既有防止胃溃疡发生作用，又能够加快溃疡愈合。

Objective: To observe the effects of Yi Guan Jian on the formation and healing of gastric ulcer. Methods: The arute experimental gastric ulcer model prepared by injecting orally 1ml the ethanol or 0.2 N NaOH into rats was used. Results: Decoction of Yi Guan Jian was administered orally in the dosage of 6.0, 12. 0 or 24.0g/kg respectively in rats, which prevented remarkably the forming of gastric mucosal damage induced by absolut ethanol or 0.2N NaOH in a dose-dependent manner(P< 0.01 or 0.001). The inhibitory rates to injury were 6.8%, 37.5% and 93.9% for absolute ethanol-induced damage respectively; 54. 8%, 68. 6% and 98.9% for 0.2N NaOH - induced one. Decoction of Yi Guan Jian(24.0g/kg/day)ana selbex(3. 0mg/kg/day)was administered orally respectively for 3 days, both of which could accelerate recovery of absolute ethanol- induced damage(P < 0.05 or 0.001). Conclusions: Yi Guan Jian can prevent the formation and promote the healing of acute gastric ulcer.
