摘要
在传统的化学镀镀液中分别添加稀土氧化物La2O3、Y2O3和Yb2O3在木材表面制备Ni-P镀层。重点考察了不同稀土氧化物浓度对化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性、Ni-P镀层质量和电磁屏蔽性能的影响。结果表明,Yb2O3对提高化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性、Ni-P镀层质量和电屏蔽性能具有较好的效果。与传统的化学镀方法相比,添加浓度为40mg.L-1的Yb2O3可提高化学镀镀速、镀液稳定性和屏蔽性能分别为13.8%、36.4%和8.6%,并使Ni-P镀层更加致密、平整和光亮。
The rare earth oxides of La2O3 ,Y2O3 and yb2O3 were added into the conventional electrolwess plating bath to prepare Ni - P film on wood surface. More attentions were paid to investigating the effecs of rare earths with different concentrations on the deposition rate, bath stability, Ni - P film quality and electromagnetic screen performance. The results showed that the addition of yb2O3 could more effectively increase the deposition rate, bath stability, Ni - P film quality and electromagnetic screen performance than the other two rare earth oxides. Compared with the conventional electroless plating, the addition of yb2O3 with concentration of 40mg-L- 1 could increase the deposition rate, bath stability and electromagnetic screen performance by 13.8%, 36. 4% and 8.6% respectively and make the Ni - P film denser, smoother and lighter.
