三丙烯酸羟乙酯基磷酸酯的合成

摘要 本文以丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料、三氯氧磷为磷酰化试剂经缩合制备三丙烯酸羟乙酯基磷酸酯,并用NMR和IR对产物进行结构表征,并将其应用于光固化涂料,进行阻燃性试验。涂料中磷含量2.8%时,涂膜氧指数为27.8且随涂料中磷含量增加而增加,表明其阻燃性能良好。 Tri- hydroxethyl acrylate phosphate was synthesized via condensation of hydroxethyl acrylate and phosphorus oxyehlo- ride. The structure was identified by NMR and IR analysis. The flame retardaney on UV eurable coating have been investigated. the phosphorus concentration in the coating is 2.8 %, Its oxygen index (LOI) values of 27.8 and with the increase of the phosphorus eoneentration in the coating, which indicates their flame retardaney is good.
