摘要
在讨论智能故障诊断算法、恢复决策推理原理及实现算法的基础上,介绍广东省电力调度中心和华南理工大学开发的智能电网事故处理辅助决策专家系统及其实际运行情况。该专家系统采用信息一体化技术实现了与EMS、SCADA以及故障信息系统间的信息交互,提供综合了专家知识的故障后恢复决策,使调度员在面对复杂故障和非常见故障时,能够更快速定位故障源。
Discussing of intelligent fault-diagnosis method, the principle of restoration decision and its algorithm, this paper introduces the intelligent assistant-decision expert system to treat accidents occurred in Guangdong Power System and its actual operation situation. The expert system, which is designed by Guangdong Power Dispatching Center and South China University of Technology, utilizes the integrated information technology to realize its real-time communication with EMS, SCADA and fault information system, and provides restoration suggestions after a fault happened in Guangdong Power System The suggestions were synthesized with the expert knowledge, and can help the dispatchers to discover the fault source quickly.
