摘要 概述了分布式资源的好处及潜在的问题。文章提出了分布式资源整合的关键技术问题。关键技术包括分布式资源保护,分布式资源接地和变压器接口,输电和配电的支持等。讨论了技术上的挑战后,文章指出研发技术方案来实现分布式资源的整合是可能的。文章还指出国家的政策决议对加速分布式资源接入标准的制定、实践和产品有重要的影响。 The distributed resources' benefits and potential problems are summarized. This paper presents the key technical issues related with integration of distributed resources. The key technical issues include protection, grounding and transformer interface, transmission and distribution support etc. Having recognized the technical challenges, the paper indicates that it is possible to develop technical solutions to facilitate the interconnection of DR. The paper also points out that public policy decisions have significant impact on accelerating the improvement of DR interconnection standards, practices, and products.
