Analysis and Solution of Pressure Abnormity in SF_6 Circuit-breaker

SF6断路器油泵频繁启动是一种发生率较高的故障。本文就近期佛山地区出现的部分LW6系列SF6断路器异常打压现象进行分析和检查,发现液压机构油压开关的微动开关KP1出现了质量问题。提出更换微动开关KP1以及改进电动机启动回路两种解决办法,有效消除了此类故障,确保SF6断路器安全可靠运行。

Frequent start-up of SF6 circuit-breaker＇s oil pump is one of the faults with high frequency. The paper analyzes the phenomena of pressure abnormity of LW6 Series SF6 circuit-breaker in Foshan and inspects the circuit-breaker. It is discovered that the quality of micro-switch KP1 of the oil pressure switch in hydraulic-spring mechanism of SF6 circuit-breaker is debased. Proposals of replacing micro-switch KP1 and amelioration of start-up motor circuit are presented. Practice of the proposals effectively eliminates the fault and ensures the safe operation of SF6 circuit-breaker.
