高效液相色谱法测定自来水及供水塑料管材浸泡液中的烷基酚类化合物 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立自来水及供水塑料管材浸泡液中壬基酚、辛基酚和双酚A等类雌激素的测定方法。方法:利用OA-SISTMHLB固相萃取柱富集和净化样品,采用高效液相色谱法分析。结果:该方法壬基酚、辛基酚和双酚A回收率范围为84.2%~100.2%,相对标准偏差为2.74%~3.40%。结论:准确度和灵敏度较高,操作简便,适用于自来水及供水塑料管材浸泡液中的壬基酚、辛基酚和双酚A的测定。 Objective:To establish a determination method of environmental estrogen-alkyl pheols in tap water and soak water of plastic tube for water supply.Methods:Clean-up of samples was performed on an OASISTMHLB solid extraction cartridges,high performance liquid chromatography was used to detect the samples.Results:Recoveries for bisphenol A,nonylphenol and octylphenol were ranged from 84.2% to 100.2% with a relative standard deviation of 2.74% to 3.40%.Conclusion:The method is simple and of high precision and high sensitivity.The method can be use to test bisphenol A,nonylphenol and octylphenol in tap water and soak liquid of plastic tube for water supply.
