介绍了混粉镜面电火花加工的实验装置 ,并应用单因素法初步研究了脉冲电参数对混粉大面积镜面电火花加工工件表面粗糙度的影响规律。取得了 5 9mm加工表面最小表面粗糙度为 Ra0 .
In this paper, a device for mirror Electrical Discharge Manchining using a dielectric fluid containing minute powder material is introduced. Based on the single factor method, the tentative research on the relationship between electric pulse parameters and the surface roughness of the workpiece processed with this device has been done. The best surface roughness attained is R a0.3μm。
