深圳市光明新区麻疹区域流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemic characteristics of measles in Guangminig New District Region of Shenzhen City

目的：对辖区光明街道内麻疹病例进行流行病学调查,以期针对麻疹的流行规律,采取相应措施,控制麻疹的传播,保护辖区人群健康。方法：应用回顾性的调查方法,对辖区光明街道内2005～2007年间88个麻疹病例进行流行病学调查,探讨麻疹的流行因素。运用SPSS统计软件对调查结果进行分析。结果：麻疹发病的年龄段主要集中在散居的学龄前儿童、婴幼儿,以外来的非户籍人口为主,部分的病例集中在外来青工,症状为不典型出疹。结论：加强外来流动人口,尤其是孕产妇麻疹免疫状态筛查,学龄前儿童免疫管理,进行干预,以期降低婴幼儿、学龄前儿童麻疹的发病率。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the cases of measles in Guangminig County of Shenzhen City During 2005～2007 so as to adopt effective measures to prevent and control the disease.Methods：Epidemiological investigation was carried out for the 88 cases of measles.Investigation results were analyzed by SPSS statistics software and the epidemic fact of measles was explored.Results：Most of the cases of measles were the new-born and preschool children that living scattered and they were exotic and non household registration population.Some cases were exotic young workers and had atypical symptoms.Conclusion：To control the incidence of measles,we should strengthen screening measles antibody among floating population,especially the pregnant women,and enhance the immunization management for the new-born and preschool children.
